Shipment date

stylekontor works as a crowdfunding platform for independent fashion. Due to the time required for production after successful funding, we estimate a shipment date approximately 30 days after the finalization of a campaign.

Shipping time

Our standard ground shipping in Germany is performed by DHL and lasts approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Order tracking

Following the shipment of an order, stylekontor sends out a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so that you will be able to get up-to-date information on the location and status of the package.

Shipping charges

For shipping we only charge actual costs. Shipping costs are added automatically during checkout after entering the shipping address.

International orders

International orders are possible. In this case, stylekontor charges the additional shipping costs. Additional shipping costs are added automatically during checkout. Note that there may be additional costs for you in relation to customs or taxes which may be applicable in the place of delivery.
